Online Counselling

Providing the freedom to have therapy from the comfort of your home or anywhere. Our online therapy provides the same benefits as in person, offering a more convenient (anytime/anywhere) option, enabling you to access therapy no matter your circumstances. Our online service remains private and confidential.

Adolescent Therapy & Counselling

Our youth specialists understand the variety of challenges teens face. We begin first and foremost by fostering a warm and safe therapeutic relationship so teenagers can feel comfortable exploring their experiences and difficulties. Our approach encompasses the holistic wellbeing of the teenager where healthy and positive relationships with peers and family are supported, this may involve recommendations around parents involvement in a session/s so teenagers can be best supported during therapy. Our youth specialists also routinely work with adolescence experiencing mental health or addiction issues.

Depression Counselling

We have developed specialist sessions for depression based on the most up-to-date research and best practice from the UK and Australia. Drawing on both cognitive and dialectical behavioural therapy models these sessions help you develop skills and resiliency to understand your mood, to notice and challenge unhelpful thoughts and develop cognitive and behavioural strategies to alleviate ongoing distressing mood states.

Anxiety Counselling 

We have developed specialist sessions for anxiety based on the most up-to-date research and best practice from the UK and Australia. Drawing on both cognitive and dialectical behavioural therapy models these sessions help you develop skills and resiliency to understand your anxiety, to notice and challenge unhelpful thoughts and develop cognitive and behavioural strategies. Social anxiety is also a key area these specialist sessions can address.

Stress Counselling

In todays fast paced-world stress has become an increasingly common concern for many people and can significantly disrupt lives. Our stress counselling is holistic- in our journey together we gain insight into the root causes of your stress and then support you to master effective stress-reduction techniques for personal growth and transformation leading to improvements in your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Addiction Counselling

Specialising in addiction, our therapists have graduate and post-graduate qualifications in addiction and extensive experience working with people from all walks of life who are facing addiction issues. We can meet you whereever you are in your journey and support you in making the changes you want to see. Whether you want to just discuss your current alcohol or drug use with someone to help you consider whether it could or is becoming a problem,  or whether you are looking to make any change (reducing, taking a break or giving up), we are here to help.

Health Coaching 

Personal wellbeing and growth is at the heart of health coaching. Our highly motivating health coaches take a holistic approach to your physical and mental wellbeing in order to provide the right support for you to make and achieve important lifestyle goals.

Couples Counselling

Couples counselling can help you to become aware of and change the unhelpful or unhealthy patterns you may have fallen into- including resentment. We can help you to bring these into the open in a safe and supported way so that you can move forward with new understanding and ability. Our couples counselling encompasses key elements including:

Couples Retreats (Coming Soon...)

Fast-track positive change in your relationship with one of our couple’s retreats. Our couples retreats are an incredible opportunity to facilitate deep, meaningful and lasting change in your relationship. During the retreat you will receive more than 8 hours of couples counselling tailored to identify and meet the specific needs of your relationship. This is a weekend away where the good feelings can last a lifetime.

Family Counselling

In family therapy individuals are better understood as part of their family rather than in isolation from each other. Each family is unique with its own way of doing things, communicating, personalities, values and influences. The primary concept in family therapy is that a person’s difficulties take place within this larger context. If one or more family members are distressed it effects everyone. All family members play an active role in family counselling, therapy is relationship-oriented, often a short-term and focused on solving specific problems by making practical changes.
